2024 LIHEAP Regulator Rebate Program

The Iowa Propane Education and Research Council (IowaPERC) has instituted a program for regulator replacement whereby with the removal of regulators identified as a potential safety threat, the propane marketer may receive as a rebate the sum of $80.00 per replaced regulator and $100.00 labor per Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) customer. There is a limit of two regulators per LIHEAP household. Residential installations only.
